Apply for inclusion in ArtSpace

We are now collecting the information on those that want to be included in the Artspace Portfolio. At this time only those that live in Monroe and it's surrounding counties of Indiana are being accepted for inclusion in ArtSpace. Feel free to fill out the form and submit it. As to getting your images, you may attach to an E-Mail, or ArtSpace will arrange for a day or two where you can bring your work, slides, or photos for image capture. Your Bio should consist of at least some of the following: A description of you, your work, or your artistic direction. Tell the viewing public about what, as a creator of art and craft, makes life interesting to you.

I suggest that you compose your bio in a word processing program so you have a copy in case the form does not go thru sucessfully.
